Cancellation & No-Show Policy

For Transfers and Vehicle Tours

At MyWay.kg, we coordinate and secure vehicles and professional drivers weeks in advance to guarantee your journey through Kyrgyzstan. Because our Partners block out their schedules and turn down other bookings for your requested dates, we enforce a strict cancellation schedule.

1. Cancellations by the Traveler

1.1 Cancellations 30 Days or More Before Service

If you cancel your transfer or vehicle tour request at least 30 days prior to your scheduled start date and time, you are eligible for a refund of your prepayment amount.

All refunds are subject to a deduction for standard banking, platform, and payment gateway processing fees incurred during the transaction. You will receive the net amount back.
1.2 Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Service

If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before your scheduled service date, or if you modify your itinerary in a way that reduces the total days booked, the prepayment is strictly non-refundable. This amount is automatically retained to compensate the assigned driver and Partner for the reserved dates and loss of alternative business.


2. No-Show Policy

2.1 Standard Locations

(Hotels, Guest Houses, Public Spots)

Drivers will wait at the designated pickup location for a maximum of 30 minutes past your scheduled departure time. If you do not appear and cannot be reached via the contact details provided (Email or WhatsApp) within this window, the booking will be marked as a No-Show. The driver is released, the service is canceled, and no refund will be issued.

2.2 Airport Pickups

(Manas International Airport / Osh Airport)

We monitor flight arrival times. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes after your flight officially lands to account for customs and baggage collection. If you experience unexpected border control delays or baggage issues, you must notify us immediately via WhatsApp. If 60 minutes pass with no communication or appearance, the booking is treated as a No-Show, and the prepayment is entirely non-refundable.


3. Booking Modifications

If you need to change your trip date or time, you must submit a modification request at least 7 days before the original service date.

MyWay will check if our Partners can accommodate your new dates. If no alternative drivers are available for your new timeline and you choose to cancel, the standard 30-day cancellation rule applies (meaning if you are within the 30-day window, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred to a future credit).
